Egg production records for layer farms

Workers count eggs at every collection in full trays and loose eggs. MyFMS turns it into laying %, compares it with the target for the hens' age and warns you when it drops.

Egg collection made simple

Collection tasks (for example 09:00 and 15:00) appear on the worker's list. They enter full trays of 30, loose eggs and broken or cracked eggs – MyFMS adds it up.

Laying % against target

For every layer house you see today's eggs, laying % and the target for the hens' age in weeks, plus a 7-day chart. A drop of more than 10% below target sends you an alert, often the first sign of water, feed, light, heat or disease problems.

Egg stock and sales

The egg store shows stock in trays. Record egg sales by the tray, fertile egg sales and day-old chick sales. Workers never see your prices.

Layer feed and vaccines

Layer chick starter, grower, pre-lay and layer mash changes by week, and a layer vaccine programme (Newcastle, IB, Gumboro, fowl pox, EDS boosters) on the house card, calendar and morning email – all editable.

Point-of-lay or day-old

Add a flock as day-old chicks or as point-of-lay pullets (for example 18 weeks). MyFMS works out the age, when laying should start and when feed and vaccines are due.

Questions

Can workers record eggs in trays?

Yes – full trays of 30 plus loose eggs, and broken eggs separately.

Will I know if laying drops?

Yes. After the last collection of the day MyFMS compares laying % with the target and emails you if it is too low.
