Workers open the MyFMS link on any smartphone, choose their name and type their PIN. Several workers can share one phone. No email address needed.
A timed task list for every job
Yard, dogs, herding, garden, chickens, hatchery – each job gets its own schedule, for example 07:00 clean the yard, 09:00 take cattle out, per-house chicken tasks. Workers tick tasks off as they go.
Late tasks and WhatsApp reminders
Tasks not done on time turn red. You see late tasks per worker and can send them a WhatsApp reminder in one tap. Late-task checks are also emailed to you during the day.
Performance reports
The 7- and 30-day reports show days logged in, average login time, tasks done and tasks done on time for every worker.
Questions
Do workers need their own email or phone?
No. They log in with the farm code and a PIN, and can share a phone.
Can workers change my setup or see my sales?
No. Workers only see their own tasks and records. Prices, sales totals and setup are for the owner.
